Passionate would be the first thing to say about Sara. We met when I was looking for a change, I needed to change my leadership style and it helped me to build and unify a great team by learning how to lead myself and lead others. People say change is hard. I agree, but it is much easier when you have Sara as your coach. She’s been an inspiration to me and it has helped me to maximise my effectiveness.
