Many people talk about Authentic Leadership, but what does this really mean? It starts by doing the work to know who you are as a leader: a unique leader, with a unique identity.

If we fail to do that and don’t develop our own natural style, we risk ‘imposter syndrome’, exhaustion from being inauthentic to who we are, and not leading and inspiring our employees and customers in the most effective way.

It all starts with our own personal power, and having the courage to speak out. So, we can start to affect the people around us.
